The first edition of the IGPDecaux Graphic Award competition has just ended with the announcement of the top three winners on 7 June at the Triennale in Milan.
Participation was remarkable with contestants from all over the world, many of them from China.
The winners are: in first place Margherita Caspani, freelance illustrator and former IED student who created the work 'THE LIFE OF THE CITY, THE COLOURS OF NATURE'.
Urban areas and nature. Two opposing worlds that can coexist within more sustainable living spaces for the city and its citizens.
In second place was Abraham Williamson, visual designer and student at Politecnico di Milano, with the work 'TERRARIUM', where a green oasis is an innovative and visually stunning visualisation of a natural world entirely created with 3D software. In third place finally was Maya Perotti, motion grapher and former IED student with the work 'A future that blooms', an illustration created with the aim of capturing the essence of the definition of sustainability.
